Redical was founded in 2020 by long-term business partners, Mikko Syrjanen and Petteri Barman, co-founders of Aalto Invest and former Co-Heads of Real Assets at Man Group Plc. Redical is an ambitious, innovative and experienced team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making places thrive.
Mikko and Petteri have built a team tailored to the needs of each asset. All have strong backgrounds and are high-achievers, with experience in organisations such as URW, Hammerson, Redevco, JLL, McArthur Glen and Battersea Power Station.
Redical’s structure comprises five functions: business intelligence; leasing and income; shopper experience; cost management; and physical real estate. They work together to deliver enhanced asset performance.
While having the right people is important, however, how they work together and the business’s culture is just as significant. Vertical integration and the use of insight throughout the team makes for faster, more effective decision-making. Redical is also a hands-on organisation at every level, with the team empowered with the co-founders’ entrepreneurial approach.
