Victoria Leeds, owned and operated by Redical, has announced the signing of premium blank clothing retailer, AS Colour, to the destination in what will be the brand’s Yorkshire debut.
With 28 retail locations across the globe, AS Colour has signed for a 4,351 sq ft space within the historic Victoria Quarter. A New Zealand-born powerhouse priding itself on redefining premium blank clothing, AS Colour is founded on quality, longevity, and the perfect fit, fabric and finish. The brand is the global leader for those who value quality over fast fashion trends.
The signing coincides with the opening of Lisa Angel, which has made its Northern debut in Victoria Gate. Taking up a 577 sq ft unit, the retailer’s new store delivers an extensive range of stock that includes jewellery, accessories, and gifting.

This news follows the recent announcement that Randox Health, the private diagnostics clinic, has signed to Victoria Quarter. Spanning 734 sq ft, this will be the brand’s first standalone location to operate in the Yorkshire region, further diversifying the destination’s tenant mix. The clinic will offer visitors a range of blood tests as a means of preventative healthcare, adopting a bespoke, holistic approach.
