Prestons Group have announced a £7m investment to expand their Rolex boutique in Victoria Gate, Leeds city centre.
In Summer 2012 Prestons opened their Rolex boutique on Commercial Street, Leeds, at that time the only dedicated Rolex space outside of London in the UK. In 2019 the boutique moved to a flagship unit in Victoria Gate.
In 2021 plans were submitted for a completely new Rolex Sales and Authorised Service Centre to encompass two additional ground floor units and the entire first floor previously occupied by Le Pain Quotidien.
Karl Massey, Managing Director of Prestons elaborates, “Our partnership with Rolex continues to take our business to new heights and this additional space will treble the area we currently enjoy. Rolex have designed a boutique which will feature their latest materials and store design, the perfect showcase for the Rolex collection”.

This new Rolex boutique, spread over two floors, will cover 629sqm of retail and back-office space and include private consultation rooms, a lounge and bar area with a sweeping American walnut staircase from the ground floor to the first floor. The expanded boutique will also feature a dedicated Rolex Certified Pre-Owned area, alongside an accredited Rolex Authorised Service Centre with both a Rolex-trained watchmaker and Rolex-trained technician available onsite.
The fit out begins in late 2026 with completion scheduled for October 2027, Rolex by Prestons, Leeds, will continue to trade from Victoria Gate during the fit out.
Aside from the Rolex Boutique in Victoria Gate, Leeds, Prestons Group have showrooms in Guildford, Norwich and Wilmslow, all of which are privileged to retail Rolex and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches.
